
Dr. Vinod Malik
Board Certified Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, ABA, DABA, FIPP, DABIPP, FAAPM
Bio: Dr. Vinod Malik is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology, with certificate of added qualifications in Pain Management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management. He attended medical school and received his surgical training in India. After completing his internship in Internal Medicine at the Catholic Medical Center in Jamaica, NY. and a residency at the New York Medical College, Department of Anesthesiology, he was awarded a fellowship in Pain Management. He then became Assistant Professor at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Bronx, NY. He has written book chapters in Anesthesia and Pain Management and a handbook on Patient Controlled Analgesia. He is currently an assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University. He is an on-site trainer for Medtronic neurostimulation and intrathecal pumps.

Dr. Youssef Guergues
Board Certified Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, ABPM, ABA
Bio: Dr. Youssef Guergues is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is board eligible. He attended medical school in Cairo, Egypt after which he was awarded an Internship in General Surgery at Harlem Hospital Center, New York, NY. He then completed a residency in Family Practice at South Nassau Communities Hospital, Oceanside, NY. and also a residency in Anesthesiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX. After completing his residency in Anesthesiology, he practiced Anesthesiology and Pain Management in Bay Minette, AL. and Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, FL.

Dr. Kavita Sharma
Board Certified Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Bio: Dr. Kavita Sharma is a Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and has received fellowship training in the subspecialty of interventional Pain Management/Spine Disorders from the Florida Spine Institute in Clearwater, FL . She is a member of the International Society for Interventional Spine and the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine. She received her undergraduate education from Colgate University in upstate New York and her medical degree from the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. She then completed her internship in medicine and surgery at St. Micheals's Medical Center in Newark, NJ and her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute for Rehab Medicine/NYU School of Medicine in New York.

Dr. Tse C. Lee

Bio: Dr. Tse C. Lee is a Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has received fellowship training in EMG/Musculoskeletal/Interventional Spine in Napa, Califorinia. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, International Society of Interventional Spine as well as the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Dr. Lee received his undergraduate education from the University of California, San Diego. He then received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his internship at St. Vincent's Medical Center (affiliated with Columbia University) in Bridgeport, Connecticut and his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute for Rehab Medicine/NYU School of Medicine.
